Handling times
All orders will be shipping out from our Shapefix warehouse in Melbourne, and same/next-day order dispatch will be provided.
(Monday - Friday).
Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM, Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched on Monday, and a unique tracking number will be provided once the item is shipped.
Domestic Shipping
Australia-wide Standard shipping can take up to 4-5 business days, and express shipping can take up to 2-3 business days.
International Shipping
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of AU $19.99 for Standard International shipping and AU $35.99 for Express Shipping.
International Transit Times
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 business days. Once the item is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number for estimated delivery times.
International taxes and policies
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and undefined encourages you to know these potential costs before placing an order with us.
Suppose you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country. In that case, the goods will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Please note that Shapefix will not be responsible for any damages or losses during transit, and we will not be liable for any delays from the post.
Please note that Shapefix will not be responsible for parcels, incorrect addresses, or parcels sent to P.O. boxes. If you have provided the wrong address, we won't be able to change it, and it will be returned to us in 2 weeks.
However, if you wish to receive it again, you must pay $10.
