Return Policy For Online Purchases
Exchanges (Product or Size)
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.
You may exchange your item for:
- A different size, or
- A different product of equal or higher value
If selecting a higher-value item, the price difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.
If the selected item is of lower value, the difference will be issued as store credit only.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unworn and unused
- All tags must be attached
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

You may be required to provide photos of the item before approval.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
👉 Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
👉 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Hygiene Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimate shapewear items, including but not limited to:
- G-strings
- Bodysuits
- Shaping underwear
This applies unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend selecting your true size. Please do not size down.
If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Change of Mind / Incorrect Size
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
However, we may offer store credit (case-by-case basis) if the item meets all return conditions.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Once approved:
- We will provide return instructions
- You will receive a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued where required under Australian Consumer Law.
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty)
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Items received that differ from the photos provided may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as ShapeFix is not responsible for lost or missing returns.
Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or overrides your rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
