Return Policy For Online Purchases

Exchanges

We have a 7-day exchange policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@shopshapefix.com. You will be required to provide some pictures of the item. If your return is accepted, we’ll advise you on how and where to send your package. 

You can always contact us for any return/exchange questions at info@shopshapefix.com. Returns without a request will not be accepted.

Please be aware that we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges for shapewear, especially G-string type items due to hygiene considerations. To ensure the correct fit for your shapewear, kindly select your regular dress size. Please refrain from choosing a smaller size than your usual dress size.

Refunds

Please note: We do not accept refund for change of mind or choosing a incorrect size. Store Credit will be applied.

In case of a refund, you will be required to provide pictures of the item to inspect the item. After carefully reviewing the pictures, we will provide you with the return address. Items we receive different from the images provided will not be eligible for refunds. 

Once the return gets approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Please note that the shipping charges we had to spend to post your item will be deducted from the refund amount in the case of a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping

Please note that SHAPE FIX will not be responsible for return shipping charges, and you will be responsible for the costs of returning your item. And shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Policy For In-Store Purchases

We value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. In the event that you need to make an exchange, please read our in-store return policy outlined below.

  1. Size Exchange: If you have purchased your items from our retail stores, you have a period of 3 days from the date of purchase to contact us for a size exchange. Please note that this policy applies only to in-store purchases. Online purchases are subject to a separate return policy.
  2. Exchange Eligibility: We only accept exchanges for items that are unworn, tagged, and in their original condition. The original packaging, including any accessories or accompanying materials, must be included with the item. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that do not meet these criteria.
  3. Damage caused by Nails, Washing Machines or Laundry Products: Please be aware that Shapefix will not be held responsible for any damage caused to items resulting from washing machines or laundry products. This includes instances where items may become caught in a washing machine or when laundry products cause stains, bleaching, or dye leaking.
  4. Care Instructions: To ensure the longevity of your items and to prevent any potential damage, we strongly advise a cold hand wash for all our products. Following the care instructions provided will help maintain the quality and appearance of your items.

Please note the following additional information:

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all exchanges. Please retain your original receipt or any other proof of purchase.
  • Limited Timeframe: The 3-day exchange window begins from the date of purchase. It is important to contact us within this timeframe to initiate the exchange process.
  • Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size or style is not available, we will do our best to provide you with a suitable alternative.
  • Refunds: Please note that our in-store return policy covers exchanges only. We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases as you have already tried on your items in the store. We will only be provide you with in-store credit where you can purchase any other items for the same price you have spent. Refunds are subject to the refund policy applicable to online purchases.
  • Manager Discretion: In certain exceptional cases, the store manager may exercise discretion in extending the exchange timeframe or making an exception to the exchange eligibility criteria. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
